Ingredients

  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS hot vegetable stock
  • 1 Egg (Gr. S)
  • 1 TEASPOON Sunflower seeds
  • 1-2 (50 g) Spring onions
  • 50 g Salad (e.g. radicchio)
  • 1 (25 g) Gherkin
  • 1 TEASPOON Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Cut them into small pieces and mix with broth. Boil egg hard for about 10 minutes, quench, peel and quarter

    Roast the seeds without fat. Clean and wash onions and salad. Chop onions, lettuce and cucumber. Season with vinegar and stir in oil. Mix everything with potatoes
