Fresh salad with salmon-ham

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (425 ml; extract weight: 285 g) Vegetable maize
  • 2 Federation Radishes
  • 1 giant cucumber
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Lemon vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 150 g Salmon ham slices
  • 1 (approx. 80 g) Wholemeal roll

Directions

    Pour the corn onto a sieve, rinse briefly with cold water and drain. Put 8 radishes with greenery aside for garnishing. Clean and wash the remaining radishes. Depending on size, cut in half or quarter.

    Wash the cucumber and cut it into slices with a colored knife as desired. Clean and wash the salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. For the marinade, wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls.

    Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Add chives. Turn prepared ingredients in the marinade. Cover and leave to stand for approx. 20 minutes. Season again and arrange on plates.

    Add the smoked salmon ham. Garnish with radishes. Serve with a sliced bread roll.
