Chop the hazelnut kernels. Wash the chives and parsley, dab dry. Cut chives into small rolls, chop parsley finely. Mix quark, cottage cheese and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the chives, parsley and nuts, except for something to sprinkle. Peel onion, cut into rings and roll in paprika. Put curd on the bread and garnish with onion rings, nuts and herbs.
