Seafood Spaghetti

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 500 g thin spaghetti (e.g. spaghettini)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 1 package (450 g) frozen 'Frutti di Mare' (mixture of shrimps, squid and mussels)
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash the rosemary, remove the needles

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil. Sauté onion, garlic and rosemary. Add seafood and fry for 5-10 minutes according to package instructions. Seasoning

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Add to the seafood and fry briefly. Add the rest of the oil and heat up with

    Drain the pasta and put it back into the still hot pot. Mix with the seafood and serve immediately. Garnish with lemon wedges
