Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 350 g Flour
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    Knead flour, salt, vinegar and approx. 250 ml water to a smooth, supple dough. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then knead again briefly and roll out thinly on a lightly floured work surface or shape with a pasta machine. Cut into rectangles about 6 cm long and 4 cm wide. Cover half with any filling. Cover with the remaining dough. Form small "sweets" by half a turn at both ends
