Paprika pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 200 g Wholemeal noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 red and yellow peppers
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 250 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 package TK-herb mix (e.g. 8-herb mix)
  • 1 package (200 g) light ham and leek salad, (16% fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Halve, clean and wash the peppers. Halve 1 red and 1 yellow pepper again and cut into strips. Wash, clean and slice the spring onions diagonally.

    Drain the noodles and rinse under cold water. Mix yoghurt, herbs and ham-leek salad. Add the pepper strips and noodles and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Fill the salad into the pepper halves and garnish with parsley leaves
