Chicken slices with ribbon noodles

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 350 g Broccoli
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 l clear chicken stock (instant)
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 30 g Capers
  • 350 g wide ribbon noodles

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Heat oil in a pan, fry chicken meat while turning. Season with salt and cayenne pepper and take out.

    Deglaze the meat with broth and bring to the boil. Add broccoli to the stock and cook covered for about 5 minutes. Add chicken, tomato sauce and capers, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes.

    Season the shredded meat with salt and cayenne pepper. Drain the noodles and let them drain. Arrange on plates together with the shredded pasta.
