Tortellini in vegetable sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (250 g) dried tortellini
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 collar Soup Greens
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 collar Parsley

Directions

    Place the tortellini in boiling salted water and cook for 15 minutes. Peel and finely dice the onions. Clean, wash and cut the soup greens into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion cubes in it until transparent.

    Add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the same amount of water. Let everything boil for eight minutes. Add cream. Stir in the sauce thickener and season with pepper.

    Wash the parsley, dab dry, chop finely and sprinkle on top. Drain the tortellini and mix with the sauce. Serve garnished with parsley.
