Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Drain on a sieve. Peel the garlic cloves. Halve 2 chilli peppers and remove seeds. Coarsely chop the garlic and chillies. Grate the Parmesan finely.
Heat the oil in a large pan. Sauté the garlic and chillies in it. Add the pasta and fold in. Remove from heat and mix the cheese into the pasta. Put everything into an ovenproof casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 225° C/ gas: level 4) or under the grill for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted. Garnish with parsley and the remaining chillies
