Green Asian vegetables with mien noodles

Ingredients

  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 500 g Frozen green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Mienuddles
  • 200 g Pak Choi or leaf spinach
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Coconut milk
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 3 TSP Sambal Oelek
  • 1 collar Coriander

Directions

    Cut broccoli into florets, wash. Cook the beans in salted water for about 8 minutes. Cook broccoli for about 3 minutes. Drain and quench. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    Wash the pak choi or spinach and cut into wide strips. Peel garlic and chop finely.

    Roast the sesame seeds, take them out of the pan. Heat the oil in it. Fry the beans, broccoli, pak choi and garlic. Add coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce and sambal oelek, bring to the boil. Wash the coriander and remove the leaves.

    With noodles under the vegetables, heat up. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
