Peel onions and garlic. Chop the onions, cut the garlic into slices. Quarter tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Clean the chillies and cut into rings. Heat oil in a pot and brown garlic slightly.
Add onions and fry until transparent. Add tomatoes and chili rings, simmer for 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Meanwhile cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for ten minutes.
Pour. Cut parsley into strips, except for a few leaves for garnishing. Spread the noodles on plates and pour the chilli sauce over them. Sprinkle with parsley. Garnish as desired with chillies and parsley.
