Clean broccoli, wash it. Cut the florets from the stalk. Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into strips. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the meat for approx. 8 minutes, turning. After 4 minutes add vegetables. Season with salt, soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar. Meanwhile prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Wash the coriander, shake dry and pluck from the stems. Drain the pasta, put it back into the pot and fold in the vegetables and coriander.
