For the paste, wash the basil, dab dry and chop finely. Peel garlic, crush finely. Wash lemon thoroughly, grate peel, squeeze juice. Mix prepared ingredients, parmesan, oil and vinegar.
Season with salt, pepper and sugar and let it stand. Meanwhile cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes. Drain artichoke hearts and cut into slices. Cut dried tomatoes and ham into strips.
Mix pasta, ham, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, olives and herb paste and arrange on plates garnished with fresh basil.
