  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 75 g Spring onions
  • 2 stem(s) Oregano
  • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Olive oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Wash oregano, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper.

    Add oil. Mix tomatoes, spring onions, oregano and vinaigrette and arrange on a plate sprinkled with pepper.
