Leaf salad with yoghurt and herb dressing

Ingredients

  • 175 g Lettuce (e.g. lollo rosso, frisée and romaine lettuce)
  • 1/4 collar Chives
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash and drain well. Pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck some leaves from the stalks, cut remaining parsley into fine strips.

    Mix yoghurt, chives, except for a teaspoon for sprinkling, and parsley strips. Season with salt and pepper. Mix salad and parsley leaves and arrange on a plate. Add yoghurt and sprinkle with remaining chives.
