Ingredients

  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 3 (approx. 250 g; alternatively 1 small pointed cabbage) small paksoi
  • 1–2 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g Hoof steak
  • 180 g Mie-Nudeln
  • 80 g Cashew nuts
  • 4 TABLESPOONS oil, salt, pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sambal Oelek
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the broccoli and spring onions. Remove the outer leaves of the paksoi if necessary and cut off the stem ends a little, wash. Cut the broccoli into small florets.

    Cut paksoi into pieces and spring onions into coarse rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Dab meat dry and cut into strips.

    Cook Mie noodles. Roast the cashew nuts in a large wok or pan without fat and take them out. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the wok. Sauté the meat in portions at high heat for 1-2 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper. Take it out.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the frying fat. Fry the broccoli for approx. 4 minutes, turning them over. Add the paksoi and fry for about 2 minutes. Add spring onions, garlic, sambal oelek and soy sauce and bring to the boil. Fold in meat, noodles and cashew nuts and heat up.

    Season with soy sauce and Sambal Oelek. Dresser.
