Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the leek and cut it into small rings. Rinse and drain the beans. Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes.
Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil. Steam onion, garlic and leek for about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, steam for another 5 minutes. Deglaze with broth, bring to the boil.
Warm the beans in it. Season to taste with salt and Sambal Oelek. Serve portion by portion sprinkled with parsley and garnished.
