Ribbon noodles in tomato-paprika sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 120 g wide ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 colourful peppers
  • 250 g Turkey filet
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Pot of oregano
  • 200 ml Tomato and vegetable juice
  • 30 g medieval Gouda cheese

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, then drain. In the meantime clean and wash the peppers and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Wash the turkey filet, dab dry and cut into slices. Peel garlic, press through a garlic press. Heat olive oil. Sauté garlic in it. Fry turkey meat until golden brown, season with salt and pepper, remove.

    Sauté the bell peppers in the frying fat. Wash the oregano and pluck the leaves. Season vegetables with salt, pepper and oregano. Deglaze with tomato juice, boil down for 5 minutes at high heat. Mix pasta, meat and prepared vegetables and fill into an ovenproof dish. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over it. Gratinate briefly in the preheated oven on the highest setting
