Noodles with minced chili sauce & guacamole

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 350 g Pasta (e.g. Casareccia)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 TEASPOON mixed cumin
  • 200 g strained tomatoes
  • 250 ml "Hot Chili" sauce (from the bottle)
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground chili

Directions

    For the noodles, bring 3-4 l salted water (approx. 1 teaspoon salt per litre) to the boil. Peel ##onion## and ##garlic## and chop finely. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    In the meantime heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes while turning it over until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Fry onion and garlic briefly. Pour on strained tomatoes and chilli sauce.

    Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

    ##Tomatoes## wash, dice finely. Cut avocado in half, remove stone. Remove the flesh from the skin and dice. Mix immediately with the tomato cubes.

    Season the sauce with salt, chilli and sugar. Drain the noodles and mix with the minced sauce. Serve and sprinkle with tomato-avocado cubes.
