Peel and slice the garlic. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely
Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for about 10 minutes while turning. Add garlic about 5 minutes before the end of cooking time. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions
Slide the meat to the edge of the pan and add sugar and soy sauce in the middle. Bring to the boil briefly, mix with the chicken, sprinkle with chilli flakes and season with salt if necessary. Drain the noodles, put them into the pan, sprinkle with parsley and mix everything well. Arrange noodles on plates
