Ribbon noodles with salmon cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon wedges

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the fat in a pot and fry the onion until transparent. Add whipped cream and bring to the boil. Whisk the egg yolks. Take the pot from the stove and stir in the egg yolk.

    Cut salmon into strips. Wash the dill and chop finely except for a little bit for garnishing and add to the cream with the salmon. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Arrange the pasta on plates. Pour sauce over them and garnish with lemon wedges and dill
