Spaghetti carbonara

Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 30 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for eight to ten minutes until al dente and drain. Cut bacon into small cubes and drain in a large pan over a mild heat. Whisk eggs, cream and cheese, season with salt and pepper.

    Remove half of the bacon cubes from the pan and set aside. Put the spaghetti in the pan and turn it in the bacon fat. Remove the pan from the stove. Add egg cream and quickly mix into the noodles so that the sauce does not stick.

    Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with the remaining bacon cubes.
