Noodles with tomato-caper sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 g Noodles (Penne Lisce)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Pork escalope
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 250 ml Tomato juice
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 50 g Capers
  • 1 TABLESPOON sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Caper apples

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes of about 1 cm. Peel and slice the onion.

    Wash the tomatoes, cut them into eight pieces and remove the seeds. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the meat for approx. 3 minutes until it is hot and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Remove the meat. Sauté the onion slices in the frying fat.

    Deglaze with tomato juice and stock and add tomato wedges. Add pork again. Add capers. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add sauce thickener while stirring, bring to the boil again and season to taste.

    Drain the pasta and mix in.
