Tortelloni with cheese sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 medium onion
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 250 g Broccoli
  • 2 discs (approx. 80 g) Ham
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 20 g Flour
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (250 g each) Tortelloni (pasta with cheese filling from the refrigerator)
  • 50 g grated Emmental cheese

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Clean, wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Cut ham into strips. Heat the fat, fry the mushrooms in it and take them out. Steam onion in frying fat until translucent. Sprinkle with flour and sweat.

    Deglaze with milk and stock and bring to the boil. Add broccoli and mushrooms to the sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes. Bring about 2 litres of salted water to the boil and let the pasta simmer for 5-8 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Add cheese and let it melt while stirring. Warm the ham in the sauce. Drain the noodles and serve with the sauce
