Noodles in sage-nut sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 discs Toast
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g short, thick tubular noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1 potty sage or 1 tsp dried sage
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Hazelnut flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Dice bread and soak in the milk. Peel garlic, chop finely and add. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms.

    Wash the sage and pluck the leaves from the stems. Roast the nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown. Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms in it. Season with pepper. Add cream, sage and nuts. Add toast and milk to the sauce.

    Bring to the boil once and season with salt and pepper. Fold in the noodles and garnish with sage.
