Wash and clean the sugar peas. Put pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 10-12 minutes. Add sugar peas and cook for about 8 minutes. Cut bacon into pieces and fry until crispy in a pan.
Add the oyster mushrooms and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with stock and cream. Add the sauce thickener while stirring and season again. Drain the noodles and mix with the sauce.
Arrange everything on a plate. Wash the parsley, dab dry, chop finely and sprinkle on top.
