Noodles with leek ham sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 150 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g Leeks (leek)
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g mild smoked ham (2 % fat)
  • 50 g Crème légere (15 % fat)

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile clean and wash the leek and mushrooms. Halve the mushrooms and cut the leek into fine rings. Heat the oil.

    Sauté the mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add leek and diced ham, fry for another 5 minutes. Deglaze with 250 ml water, boil down for 2 minutes at high heat.

    Stir in crème légère, season to taste again. Arrange the pasta and sauce in portions and serve.
