Cook the pasta in salted water for 10-12 minutes. Peel and finely dice the shallots. Heat the fat in a pot and fry the shallots until translucent. Add cream and boil down for about 5 minutes until thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pluck the marjoram from the stalks, wash, chop finely and add to the sauce. Arrange noodles on plates, add sauce and garnish with marjoram
