Noodles in sauce with meatballs

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion
  • 300 g Pork sausage
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TABLESPOON Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 coated tbsp. flour
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 (225 g each) Bag of Pasta Mista (mixed pasta specialities with fine fillings)
  • 1 Pot of chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead the ground fat, egg, breadcrumbs and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper. Form small balls from it. Heat the oil. Fry the meatballs for about 5 minutes.

    Take it out. Sweat flour in the frying fat, add tomato paste. Add cream while stirring constantly, bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat pasta in boiling salted water for 1 minute.

    Serve the sauce with the noodles and meatballs. Wash the chives and, except for a few longer tips for garnishing, cut into fine rolls. Noodle plate with Schn
