Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes and drain on a sieve. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Cut the sausage into thin slices. Coarsely grate cheese. Heat oil in a pan.
Heat onions and garlic in it. Add noodles, slices of sausage and herbs and heat briefly. Add cheese and let it melt. Garnish with a bouquet of herbs as desired
