Clean, wash and cut broccoli into small florets. Steam in little boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onions.
Cut the bacon into thin strips. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the bacon in it until crispy. Add onion cubes and fry them in the bacon fat until translucent. Drain the pasta and broccoli, put them into the pan and toss in the bacon fat.
Whisk cream, eggs and egg yolk and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the egg cream over the pasta and broccoli and allow to set over a mild heat while turning.
