Knead flour, salt, vinegar, oil and approx. 200 ml water to a smooth dough. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then knead again briefly. Roll out very thinly on a lightly floured work surface or shape with a pasta machine. Use a cookie cutter or a dough wheel to cut out dough plates of about 5 cm in size.
Cover half of the dough with any filling. Moisten the edges with water. Place the rest of the dough on top. Press the edges together carefully
