Ham ribbon noodles with frisee, green olives and tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TEASPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 packages (370 g each) chunky tomatoes with herbs
  • 300 g ribbon noodles (e.g. tagliatelle)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g Frisée salad
  • 75 g Boiled ham in thin slices
  • 50 g green olives without stone
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the garlic and onion. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a saucepan. Sauté garlic and onion over medium heat until translucent. Add the tomatoes and simmer covered for 6-8 minutes.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and clean the salad, pluck into pieces and drain. Pluck ham roughly into pieces. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a small coated pan.

    Fry the ham for 2-3 minutes until crispy. Add the frisée and olives to the sauce, bring to the boil again briefly, season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Drain the pasta and arrange on plates with sauce and ham.
