Ribbon noodles with mushroom and ham sauce

Ingredients

  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 50 g cooked ham
  • 50 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 75 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 75 ml low-fat milk (1,5 % fat)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut ham into strips. Meanwhile cook noodles in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion until transparent. Add mushrooms and fry until golden brown. Add ham and fry briefly. Deglaze with stock and milk and bring to the boil. Add sauce thickener.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Garnish with parsley.
