Spaghetti with meat sauce "oriental

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g minced beef or lamb
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cumin
  • 8 tablespoons (approx. 150 g) Ajvar mild (Paprika preparation; glass)
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) white beans
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Pistachio kernels

Directions

    Boil up plenty of salted water. Peel onions and garlic and dice finely. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into thin strips.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Fry onions, garlic and paprika briefly. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Stir in Ajvar and 1⁄4 l water, bring to the boil. Simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes.

    Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente.

    Rinse and drain the beans. Coarsely chop the pistachios. Add both to the sauce and heat up. Season again with salt, pepper and cumin. Drain the noodles and mix with the minced sauce, serve.
