Ingredients

  • 100 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan

Directions

    Dice the bacon. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Heat oil in a frying pan. Leave the bacon in it until crispy. Add garlic and fry briefly. Prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    In the meantime grate the Parmesan finely. Whisk the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Add parmesan and bacon and fold in. Drain the pasta, let it drip off and immediately mix with the egg mixture. Arrange the pasta portions on plates and garnish with parmesan slices.
