Ingredients

  • 400 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 Onion
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 discs (45 g each) cooked ham
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 package (30 g) frozen Asian seasoning
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 knife tip Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water. Meanwhile wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Peel and chop the onion. Peel and chop the garlic. Cut ham into strips. Heat oil in a pan.

    Sauté onion, spring onions and garlic, add seasoning and ham, deglaze with stock and soy sauce. Simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes, season to taste with Sambal Oelek, salt and pepper. Heat fat in a large pan, add eggs and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Season eggs with salt and pepper. Add the noodles to the onion and ham mixture in the pan and mix. Serve Bami Goreng on a plate with one fried egg each, sprinkled with chives and pepper. Serve garnished with parsley as desired
