Ingredients

  • 300 g Flour
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 (approx. 700 g) Savoy cabbage
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 75 g Gouda cheese
  • 500 g Pork sausage
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 2-3 stem(s) Thyme

Directions

    Knead flour, eggs, 3 tablespoons of oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth. Let rest for about 30 minutes

    Clean, wash and cut the cabbage into strips. Peel and chop onions. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry half of the onions and cabbage in it. Add 100 ml water, bring to the boil and braise for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let cool down

    Grate cheese. Roll out dough thinly on a kitchen towel (30 x 40 cm). Spread the ground pork, cabbage and cheese on top. Roll up with the help of the cloth, tie the ends together. Cook in boiling salted water for about 40 minutes

    Peel and chop the garlic. Fry with the rest of the onions in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with sambal, salt, pepper and sugar. Arrange everything. Wash and chop the herbs and sprinkle them over the meat
