Noodles in tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 8 nice ripe tomatoes
  • 500 g Noodles (e.g. ribbon noodles or bavette)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 collar Basil
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground chili from the mill
  • 50 g Butter
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Carve tomatoes crosswise, dip briefly in boiling water, rinse with cold water, peel skin. Cut tomatoes into quarters, cut out the core. Cut tomato quarters into bite-sized pieces.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash the basil and remove the leaves. Mix tomatoes, garlic, basil and 4 tablespoons of olive oil.

    Season with salt, pepper, sugar and chili. Melt butter in a pan. Swirl the noodles in it and fold in the tomato mixture. Season again and arrange in portions. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

    Grate the parmesan and serve.
