Spaghetti with white bread crumbs

Ingredients

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 3 Stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 4 discs Toast
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Prepare spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions. In the meantime, peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Carve the chilli lengthwise, remove seeds and chop finely. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop.

    Debark and crumble the toast. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the toast crumbs briefly in it. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, chilli and garlic and continue to fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Drain the spaghetti water.

    Swivel the spaghetti in the crumb mixture. Mix in 2 tablespoons of oil and parsley. Season again and arrange on plates.
