Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Melt the fat in a large pan. Add the whisked egg and let it falter at low heat. Push them together with a spatula. Halve the bacon slices and leave them out in a second pan. Take out. Prick the sausages several times with a sharp knife and fry them briefly in the frying fat. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Arrange scrambled eggs with bacon and the sausages. Sprinkle with chives
