Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 1 TABLESPOON Linseed
  • 200 ml lactose-free buttermilk
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS crushed ice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Peel and chop the bananas. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Sort raspberries

    Puree fruit, linseeds, buttermilk, crushed ice and sugar. Pour into glasses and decorate with mint
