Toast breads lightly toast. In the meantime, mix tomatoes, salt, pepper and pizza spice. Cut mozzarella and artichoke hearts into slices. Spread the toast with tomatoes and cover with artichokes, Parma ham and mozzarella.
Sprinkle with some pizza spice. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 225°C / gas: level 4) for 5-10 minutes. Serve garnished with fresh herbs as desired.
