Wash and drain the spinach. Clean the pineapple, cut off 8 nice slices to decorate. Peel and chop the rest of the pineapple. Cut the mango pulp from the stone and peel. Sort the berries. Put some raspberries aside for decoration
Finely puree the fruit, spinach and buttermilk and pour into glasses. Add linseeds and decorate with raspberries and pineapple slices. Serve immediately
