Schnitzel with braised onions

Ingredients

  • 40 g Parboiled rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Broccoli
  • 1 medium onion
  • 125 g Pork escalope
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Java peppercorn
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Flour
  • 1 knife tip Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp Worcester sauce

Directions

    Put the rice in about 1/8 l boiling salted water. Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes

    Clean and wash broccoli. Cut into florets, peel and chop the stems. Cover and steam everything in little boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes until al dente.

    Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Wash the meat if necessary and pat dry. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat for about 2 minutes on each side. Fry the onion rings while turning

    Season the meat, take it out and keep it warm. Dust onion rings with flour and sauté briefly. Stir in just under 1/8 l water and stock, bring to the boil. Season to taste with Worcester sauce, salt and pepper. Drain broccoli. Serve everything
