  • 40 g Millet
  • 125 g mixed berries
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON chopped mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of liquid sweetener

Directions

    Swell millet in 150 ml boiling water for about 30 minutes and let it cool down. Sort the berries. Mix yoghurt, lemon juice, millet and mint. Flavour with sweetener. Serve with berries
