Clean, wash and slice the cucumber and tomato. Peel onion and cut into rings. Wash the lettuce leaves. Wash and chop thyme. Mix yoghurt, mustard and mayonnaise.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry. Cut the rolls in half. Spread with the yoghurt mayonnaise. Alternately cover with cucumber and tomato slices, onion rings, lettuce leaves and turkey breast and sprinkle with thyme.
