Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead beefsteak mince, onion, egg yolk, salt and pepper. Form minced dough into a flat steak. Drain pineapple and cut into pieces. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into pieces of about 3 cm.
Wash the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut the pod into thin rings. Heat oil in a grill pan and fry the minced steak for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Add the pineapple, spring onions and chilli to the pan and fry briefly.
Add chilli sauce to the steak and serve garnished with parsley.
