Ham and potato rolls on spinach

Ingredients

  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Spinach
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Chives and parsley
  • 10 g Butter or margarine
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 2 discs (70 g each) cooked ham
  • 30 g grated Gouda cheese (30 % fat in dry matter)
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Clean, wash and drain the spinach. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the garlic and onion in it.

    Add the spinach and let it collapse. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm. Wash herbs and chop finely. Drain potatoes. Add fat and milk and puree with the cutting stick of the hand mixer. Stir in herbs. Flavour with nutmeg. Spread the mashed potatoes on the ham slices, roll them up and halve them. Put the spinach in an ovenproof dish and arrange the ham and potato rolls on top.
