Sausage skewers from the grill

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small onion
  • 300 g small tomatoes
  • 3-4 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) green and yellow zucchini
  • 150 g big mushrooms
  • 24 Baby Nuremberg sausages
  • 100 g Rocket
  • 12 Metal skewers

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash the tomatoes, grate dry, clean and cut into eighths. Mix tomatoes, diced onion, vinegar and oil and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar.

    Mix sour cream, mustard and honey and season with salt and pepper. Wash and clean the zucchini, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Clean and shine the mushrooms. Halve sausages. Put sausages, mushrooms and zucchini alternately on skewers.

    Grill skewers for 4-5 minutes. Wash and clean the rocket and drain well. Mix the rocket with the tomato salad. Serve sausage skewers with tomato salad and dip. Bread tastes good with it.
